The purpose of providing a digital inspection report of your vehicle is to offer transparency while illustrating your vehicle’s needs to assist you in making planned, educated decisions for your vehicle. If you have any questions, we welcome you to contact us.
While having your vehicle serviced, we will perform an extensive and comprehensive inspection on each part of your vehicle to ensure no issues go unchecked. The digital inspection is built on a points system. Points are the parts of your vehicle our technician will inspect, for instance the tires, lights, brakes etc.
When doing an inspection, each line item in the report consists of four parts. These parts include:
1) Overview of each line item
2) Recommendations
3) Color assignment to describe urgency of service
- Green = In Good Condition
- Yellow = Recommend Service Soon
- Red = Needs Service Now
4) Pictures and videos to show the condition of each line item
Once the inspection is complete, your trusted technician will immediately send the digital inspection report via text and/or email.
